The Cartier Slimline is a proprietary length and shape refill that will only fit older Cartier Must, Panthere, and Vendome ballpoint pens. It is commonly available in a medium line width in black (VXRB0211) or blue (VXRB0213) ink. We have also come across images of this refill in a fine line width without finding any current product listings. This refill is currently only available on the second-hand market on eBay and similar sites. Because this refill is very expensive due to its scarcity, you might consider cutting an A2 or Cross C1 style refill to match the length of this refill.
