The Monteverde Sheaffer K Style Ballpoint refill will fit most Sheaffer ballpoint pens as well as some Sailor ballpoint pens. This unique size and shape refill is available in a capless gel version. That version is available in black, blue, or blue/black ink in a fine line width. The regular ballpoint refill is available in a medium line width in Black, Blue, Blue/Black, Brown, Orange, Green, Turquoise, Pink, or Purple ink. No other third party refill makers offer a substitute for this or the OEM refill.
