The Parker 5th refill is a unique size and shape refill that will only fit Parker 5th pens. These pens are a hybrid between a standard nibbed fountain pen and a rollerball. They have a nib but use a refill that is similar to a standard rollerball refill. This refill is available in black, blue, or peacock blue (turquoise) ink for either a fine or medium nib. There are no third party refill makers that offer a substitute for this refill.
