The Waterman Titan/Titane CF (or C/F) Ballpoint refill is a proprietary size and shape that will only fit older Waterman ballpoint pens. It is similar to some of the metal tube refills on the market, but it has a flared rear end necessary for the unique action of the Waterman pens that use it. We believe this refill may have been available in black, blue, and maybe other ink colors. Cross made a substitute for this refill at one point. Currently, the only source for replacement refills is auction sites such as eBay. Note that these refills are all likely to be old enough that the ink may be dry or unusable.
